Our Facility
Charlar Place, Inc. offers exclusive use of our facility and spacious parking lot for our customer’s event. All events include: use of our outside terrace with a country view and a beautiful garden side yard with a waterfall overlooking a pond with a fountain (great for photos and ceremonies), onsite event coordinator, set-up of tables & chairs, large dance floor, bridal room, coatroom, bar-services and an in-house caterer.


Monday- Thursday Event $300/$75 per hour
Friday Event $500
Saturday Event $700
Sunday Event $400/$100 per hour
The hall fee includes tables & chairs.
Hall Fees

Ceremony $350 Includes; Ceremony set up and take down, Rehearsal of 1.5 hours the Thursday before your event scheduled, unless already booked for another event.
